HOW TO REPAIR A LANCASTER PRODUCT

Shipping any product for repair or assistance please put a memo of the defect you have discovered.
If you need extra parts for watches (glass, new strap, etc),please advice. Finally don’t forget to include your complete contact details for necessity.

Unfortunately LANCASTER ITALY not cover the shipping costs for returns (including repairs), therefore we suggest to use a proper courier for your return, insuring eventually the value of your purchase (expecially for expensive products).
